I have been coaching at United Fitness (formerly Legion Transformation Center) for almost 8 years. Coaching to me does not seem like a job because I love it. I really enjoy watching clients lose weight and get stronger, but what‘s more rewarding is seeing clients gain confidence, get mentally stronger and achieve NSV (non-scale victories)

Coaching at United Fitness gives me more energy than when I take the class myself. Having spent 30+ years coaching and mentoring high school football athletes, my joy comes from seeing the class accept the challenge and in some way changing their day for the better anyway possible.

I fell in love with bodybuilding, then powerlifting, and most recently I have gotten into ultramarathons, I love pushing my personal limits as well as the limits of those around me. I have been coaching at Legion for over 3 years now. Working here has been unlike any job I have ever had, it makes waking up at 3:25 worth it! The feeling you get when someone thanks you for helping them change their life is truly one of a kind.
